For the Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities to obtain licensure and/or certification. For facilities that are "dually certified" - skilled nursing facilities that receive both Medicare and Medicaid funds the State of Nebraska Surveyors also conduct Federal surveys for CMS for Medicare certification at the same time as the state survey.
