Description
Authority to make pre-need sales on behalf of a pre-need seller in Nebraska. The Pre-need Broker license allows the individual to sell burial or funeral merchandise or services which are not purchased for immediate use. Proceeds from these sales are required by statute to be kept in individual or master trust accounts pursuant to the Nebraska Burial Pre-Need Sale Act.
